-Under WHO's leadership, to provide parasitological surveillance data on population of the newly immigrated to European countries for WHO’s consideration.

 

-Under WHO’s leadership, to develop and improve the performance of innovative diagnostic techniques for intestinal parasites and provide specialized training to laboratory technicians in endemic countries as needed.

 

-In support of WHO’s activities in endemic countries, provide technical expertise on surveys for the monitoring of the changes in STH-epidemiology (prevalence and morbidity).
